Edward Robert Hughes (1851-1914) was an English painter who worked prominently in watercolours. He was influenced by his uncle, and eminent Pre-Raphaelite, Arthur Hughes. He is not to be confused with his contemporary Edward Hughes (1829–1908) who was probably best known as a portrait painter.
